  • I delivered more than 40 workshops to multiple different organisations, ranging from one-hour sessions online to week-long in-person events.

  • I trained, coached or mentored more than 700 newsroom and NGO leaders, journalists and executives.

  • I moderated or hosted 15 panel discussions and events.

Recent projects

  • Supporting Fact-Checking Managers

    I ran a six-month mental health leadership programme for managers of fact-checking organisations from around the world and created a leadership toolkit.

  • Stronger Minds, Stronger Media

    I researched and wrote a report for the European Federation of Journalism that details good practice examples and provides recommendations on how to improve mental health in newsrooms.

  • Teaching leaders at the Reuters Institute

    I have taught dozens of managers from across Europe the fundamentals of newsroom leadership at regular programmes at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford.
