My story

I am a journalist and newsroom leader who excels at bringing out the best in others. I am curious, creative and fundamentally hopeful and I seek to bring those values to every project I work on.

I grew up in the UK, but I have worked as a journalist and bureau chief in multiple countries and now live with my family in Berlin. My ability to bridge languages, cultures and generations makes me an expert in leading diverse teams and managing remotely or across borders.

During my career at the global news agency Reuters, I became an expert in reporting, editing and writing about global politics, economics and business. I also have a decade of experience leading teams and running newsrooms.

I now share my expertise with other organisations, executives and entrepreneurs, particularly in the news business.

My approach

In all my work, from consulting to training and coaching, I use visual, playful tools and methods inspired by design thinking to provoke creativity and insight. That helps ensure participation, accountability and results.

I have a special talent for bringing together people from different backgrounds and creating spaces that they can fill with their ideas, insight and generosity.
