My story

I am a journalist and newsroom leader who excels at bringing out the best in others and is an advocate for women’s leadership and mental health.

I grew up in the UK, but I have worked as in multiple countries and now live with my family in Berlin. My ability to bridge languages, cultures and generations makes me an expert in leading diverse teams and managing remotely or across borders.

After experiencing a burnout in 2014, I helped run a peer network at Reuters to support colleagues suffering from stress and trauma. I also supported the creation of a new strategy to promote more diversity in the company, including setting up a global mentoring programme.

I trained in executive coaching, facilitation and visual notetaking and am now dedicated to helping organisations, executives and entrepreneurs transform working environments to unlock the full potential of their teams.
